Modern Scandinavian house
• Scandinavian inspired house made with simple structures and is made with natural
materials such as brickwork and wood.
• Sloping roof is covered with slates .
• External wall consist of sustainable material – wooden cladding.
• A basement under the entire building, 3-4 rooms in the basement, which should
have both internal and external staircases. All the rooms in the basement – which is
not for habitation – have light shaft to provide daylight.
• Nice Balcony to enjoy the views.
• The House has Walk-in’ wardrobes.
•The maximum size of the buildings is 200m² on two floors – excluding basement.
•The storey-partition between the basement and ground floor is made using
prefabricated concrete elements.
•The storey-partition between the ground floor and 1st floor is made using timber
•Mechanical ventilation throughout the house.
